How to handle a Flu.
Drink a lot of water or other liquids (broth, tea, etc.).
Sleep more.
Eat chicken soap or broth.
Use salt water to gargle (for a sore throat).
Add honey to your tea for cough or sore throat.
Use a humidifier (use a drop or 2 of tea tree or eucalyptus oil to clear congestion).
Raise your pillow a little higher to help with drainage.
Let a low fever run it’s course ( and if you don’t have a fever, take a warm bath to increase your body temperature).
